Travi$ Scott is easily one of today's highest-rated rappers in the industry. He has signed to Kanye West's GOOD Music label, has been involved with Rihanna and the Kardashians, but more importantly is known for his slew of platinum records, including his chart-topping hit Antidote which peaked at 16 on the billboard hot 100, going triple platinum, and his Kendrick Lamar-assisted banger Goosebumps, which also went platinum. His talents go farther than his rapping though, Scott is also an acclaimed producer for artists like Kanye, Drake, Wale, Big Sean, Rihanna, Jay Z, and John Legend. He brings a unique fusion of rock, rap, and punk together, creating haunting, and awe inspiring instrumentals. He even has ties with the fashion industry. Scott has had deals with Supra, Reebok, Puma, Diamond, Raf Simmons, and even Louis Vuitton. Whatever lane he chooses to go down, he seems destined for success.
Joining Scott for his performance tonight, is newcomer to the music industry and nineteen year old Khalid. Khalid is an R&B singer from El Paso, Texas. Khalid's love-struck, melodic style of music mirrors Scott's dark, twisted, sound, which will prove to be a must-see event. The two will be performing May 4, at 8 pm at the Portsmouth Pavilion.
