Week 5 Indianapolis Colts vs Chicago Bears

The Colts (1-3) head to Chicago to play the Bears (1-3). Last week, Indianapolis lost 30-27 to the Jaguars. Chicago won 17-14 against Detroit.

Offensive

Indianapolis wants to try to play balanced, but they lean more towards throwing the ball. Chicago will try to do the same exact thing. The Bears tend to have more success while running the ball then the Colts (4.1 yards per rushing compared to 3.9). Both teams' defense is not amazing, so expect a decent scoring game.

Edge: Indianapolis Defensive Through four weeks, the Colts have 7 sacks (4.0 from Erik Walden) and 1 INT.

Chicago has 6 sacks (0.5+ sacks from 6 different people) and 3 INTs. The Bears have only given up 210 passing yards per game and 123.5 rushing yards per game. Indianapolis, on the other hand, has allowed 261 passing yards and 88 rushing yards per game.

Defensive

The Colts have not allowed a 100 yard rusher so far this season. Chicago has only allowed two 100 yard rushers so far this season (Lamar Miller and Ezekiel Elliott).

Edge: Chicago Projection: Colts win 28-21 I am going with the team with the better QB.
